Returns:
At Studio Villa, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
     

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Intimate apparel (such as lingerie, swimwear, etc.)
     

How to Initiate a Return:

Please provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at studiovilla1979@gmail.com.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at studiovilla1979@gmail.com and send your item to: B, 168, Near Bansal Sweets, Block B, Lok Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi, 110034.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
